How much does a party DJ cost in Kelowna?

Party DJ pricing in Kelowna starts from $800 for the Plug N’ Play package and $1,200 for the Full Event Package. Final pricing depends on event length, location, and any add-ons such as a photobooth, CO₂ cannon, or uplighting. I’m always happy to put together a custom quote — reach out and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Can you DJ a backyard or outdoor party in Kelowna?

Absolutely — this is one of my specialties. I have a battery-powered setup that requires zero power from the venue, making me fully capable of performing at backyard events, Okanagan lakefront properties, vineyard parties, rooftop patios, and any outdoor space. Full professional sound and lighting, no extension cords required.

Can I give you a playlist or specific song requests?

Yes — and I encourage it. Before your party, you’ll get access to a personalized planning portal where you can submit must-plays, do-not-plays, genre preferences, and era notes. On the night, guest requests are also welcome. I use professional judgment to work them in at the right moment so the energy never drops.

Do you bring your own sound and lighting, or do I need to rent separately?

Everything is included. I bring professional PA sound and DMX lighting to every event — no separate rentals needed. I’m completely self-contained. You can also add on a photobooth, CO₂ cannon, laser and haze machine, uplighting, or foam LED sticks to level things up even further.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For private parties and birthdays, I generally recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your date. Peak summer weekends and holiday periods book up faster. That said, I do take last-minute bookings when my calendar allows — reach out and I’ll let you know right away whether your date is available.

What music genres can you play?

All of them. I’m completely genre-fluid and have a deep library spanning hip-hop, R&B, top 40, 80s and 90s throwbacks, EDM and house, rock, classic hits, Latin, and everything in between. Whether your crowd wants Old School AC/DC and ABBA, Spice Girls and N’Sync, Avicii and Fisher, or Snoop Dogg and Notorious B.I.G. — I’ve got you covered, live-mixed and seamlessly transitioned.

Do you travel outside Kelowna for private parties?

Yes. I regularly perform at private parties in West Kelowna, Lake Country, Penticton, Vernon, Osoyoos, Salmon Arm, and across the Okanagan. I also travel to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, and I’ll always be upfront about that from the start.
